[Chapter 1 General Rules]

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to protect the rights and interests of the customers by regulating the obligations and responsibilities between Jeil Dairy Company and the information users in using all of the Internet information services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided through the homepage of Jeil Dairy Company (hereinafter referred to as “Homepage”) by Jeil Dairy Company (hereinafter referred to as “Jeil Dairy Company”).

Article 2 (Definitions)
① The homepage means the homepage(website) operated and published by Jeil Dairy Company from the Internet address of 'www.jeilcheese.co.kr'.
② This site does not operate a membership system, thus there is no definition of members or non-members, and anyone can access all of the information on the homepage.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms and Conditions).

① By this publication, this terms and conditions are effective for all users.
② Jeil Dairy Company shall disclose the contents of these terms and conditions to the users by publishing them on the homepage.
③ When the terms and conditions are changed, the users must be notified by using a pop-up window on the website at least 7 days before until the day of the application of the revised terms and conditions.
④ Jeil Dairy Company may establish separate operating rules for detailed services, and in this case, the company shall notify the users in advance following paragraph (3).

[Chapter 2 Providing and Using The Services]

Article 4 (Service Provision)

① The contents of the service provided on the homepage are free of charge. However, some services can be converted to paid services, in this case, at least one month before the change is made, the notice shall be published through the homepage notice.
② If it is deemed necessary to change the contents or services of the website, Jeil Dairy Company may add or change the contents or services. However, if the service contents are changed, Jeil Dairy Company shall notify the users in advance.

Article 5 (Service Use and Restriction)
① In principle, the services shall be provided without interruption, unless there is a special disruption in the work or technology of Jeil Dairy Company.
② In the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, malfunction, loss of communication, etc. regarding the information communication facilities, in the case where there is a disruption in the services due to system failure, heavy use of service, or other events beyond control, or when other reasonable cause arises, all or part of service use may be suspended or restricted.

③ When intending to discontinue the service provision through regular inspection of the homepage, the reason for the service interruption and the duration of interruption shall be announced through the notice and pop-up window in advance.

Article 6 (Repayment Liability)
Jeil Dairy Co., Ltd. is not responsible for a certain compensation to the users, even if damage occurs due to some or all of the services being modified, discontinued, or changed.

[Chapter 3 Obligations of Jeil Industries Company]

Article 7 (Duty of Jeil Industries Company)
① Jeil Dairy Company shall do its best to provide the services continuously and stably as prescribed by these terms and conditions.

[Chapter 4 Others]

Article 8 (Regulations outside Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the relevant laws.

Article 9 (Dispute resolution)

① Jeil Dairy Company handles complaints and opinions submitted by the users promptly. However, if it is difficult to accelerate the process, the users shall be notified of the reason and the processing schedule without delay.
② A lawsuit against a dispute between Jeil Industries Company and its users must be filed to the Seoul Central District Court.

Article 10 (Attribution and Restriction of Use of the Copyright)

The Copyright of all works posted on the homepage shall be attributed to Jeil Dairy Company and users shall not duplicate, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or use with any method, or allow such activities to the 3rd party, the information or work obtained by Jeil Dairy Company without prior consent from Jeil Dairy Company.

Appendix (Enforcement Date)
These terms and conditions apply from May 31st, 2021 onwards.
