Personal Information Privacy Policy
According to the Personal Information Privacy Law, 'www.jeilcheese.co.kr', hereinafter referred to as ‘Jeil Dairy Company’, have the following processing policies to protect the users’ personal information and rights and to handle the users’ difficulties regarding personal information smoothly.

When the ‘Jeil Dairy Company’ revises the company’s personal information processing policy, it shall notify it through a website notice (or individual notice).

○ This policy shall be effective from May 31st, 2021.

1. The purpose of processing personal information. 'www.jeilcheese.co.kr' hereinafter ' Jeil Dairy Company' shall process personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information is not used for any purpose other than the following purposes and the company shall seek prior consent if the purpose of use is changed.

Personal information is processed for the purpose of checking civil complaints and similar items.
B. Provide goods or services
Personal information is processed for the purpose of providing services, contents, and similar items.

Personal information is processed for the purpose of developing new services(products), providing customized services, and similar items.

① ('Jeil Dairy Company') processes and holds personal information within the period of personal information holding/use duration, or the period of personal information holding/use by the time of data collection agreed by the information subject, under the Law.

Regarding the collection/use of personal information related to item 1, the personal information is collected/used from the date of consent for the above purpose of use.

Reasons for exception: with the consent of the information subject, when there is a request from an investigation agency according to the procedures and methods prescribed by the law for the purpose of investigation

Regarding the collection/use of personal information related to item 2, the personal information is collected/used from the date of consent for the above purpose of use.

Reasons for exception: with the consent of the information subject, when there is a request from an investigation agency according to the procedures and methods prescribed by the law for the purpose of investigation

Regarding the collection/use of personal information related to item 3, the personal information is collected/used from the date of consent for the above purpose of use.

4. As rights and obligations of the information subject and the legal representative and the user of the processing method, as the information subject, he/she/they may exercise the following rights.
① The information subject may exercise the right to Jeil Dairy Company to request access, correct, delete, suspend processing, and similar actions, regarding the personal information at any time.
② The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) may be carried out in writing, e-mail, fax, etc., according to Chapter 41 Article 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Privacy Law, and Jeil Dairy Company shall take measures without delay.
③ The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) may be conducted through the legal representative of the information subject or through the representative of the delegated person. In such cases, the information subject must submit a power of attorney in Form 11 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Privacy Law.
④ The rights of the information subject regarding personal information access and suspend processing requests may be restricted under Chapter 35 Article 5 and Chapter 37 Article 2 of the Personal Information Protection Law.
⑤ A request for correction or deletion of personal information cannot be requested if that personal information is specified as a collection target in other Laws.
⑥ Jeil Dairy Company verifies whether it is the direct person or the qualified representative who requested for access, request for correction/deletion, and request for suspension of processing, according to the rights of the information subject.

5. Writings of processed items of personal information
① 'www.jeilcheese.co.kr', hereinafter 'Jeil Dairy Company', processes the following personal information items:
    Required items: email, mobile number, name, content
    - Optional: Company name
    6. Destruction of personal information. In principle, if the purpose of personal information processing is achieved, 'Jeil Dairy Company' shall destroy the personal information without delay. The procedures, deadlines, and methods for destruction are as follows.

-Destruction procedure
After achieving the processing purpose, the information entered by the user will be transferred to a separate database (separate documents in the case of paper), stored for a certain duration, and destroyed or destroyed immediately following internal policies and other related laws. At this time, the personal information transferred to the database is not used for any other purpose unless it is legal.

-Destruction duration
If the personal information of the user has expired, and when the personal information becomes unnecessary, because of as achievement of personal information processing purpose, service abolition, and project termination, etc., the personal information shall be destroyed within 5 days from the end of the holding period or within 5 days from the decision of unnecessary information.

For the information in the form of electronic files, technical methods are applied to make the records unable to be regenerated.

For the personal information printed on paper, the papers are shredded with a paper shredder or destroyed through incineration.	

7. Matters concerning the installation/operation and rejection of automatic personal information collection devices

① Jeil Dairy Company uses 'cookie' that stores usage information and frequently retrieves the information to provide individual and customized services. ② Cookies are small amounts of information sent by the server(http) that is used to run the website to the user's computer browser and may be stored on the user's PC computer's hard disk. A. Purpose of Cookie: It is used to provide optimized information to users by identifying the service visit, website visit and usage status, popular search terms, security access, etc. B. Installation/Operation and Rejection of Cookies: You can refuse to save cookies through option settings the Tools on top of your web browser > Internet Options> Privacy menu. C. Refusing to save cookies may cause difficulties in using customized services.

8. Writings of the responsible personnel for personal information protection
① Jeil Dairy Company (www.jeilcheese.co.kr) is responsible for the works related to the processing of personal information and designates a person in charge of personal information protection as follows to handle complaints from the information subjects, relieve damages, etc., related to personal information processing.

② The information subject may contact the person in charge and the department in charge of personal information protection, regarding inquiries, complaints, and damage relief related to personal information protection caused by using the service (or business) of Jeil Dairy Company (www.jeilcheese.co.kr hereinafter referred to as Jeil Dairy Company). Jeil Dairy Company shall respond and process the inquiries from the information subject without delay.

9. Change of Personal Information Privacy Policy
The personal information processing policy in ① applies from the effective date, and if there are content changes in form of addition, deletion, or correction according to law and policies, we shall notify through the notices 7 days before the implementation of the changes.

10. Measures to ensure the safety of personal information. ('Jeil Dairy Company') takes the following technical/managerial and physical measures necessary to secure the safety following Chapter 29 of the Personal Information Protection Law:

1. Conduct regular self-audit
We conduct self-audit on a regular basis(once a quarter) to secure stability related to personal information handling.

2. Minimization and training of personal information handling staff
We designate employees who handle personal information and implement measures to manage the personal information by limiting and minimizing the person in charge.

3. Establishment and implementation of an internal management plan
An internal management plan is established and implemented for the safe processing of personal information.

4. Technical countermeasures against hacking, etc.
To prevent personal information leakage and damage caused by hacking or computer viruses, Jeil Dairy Company installs and periodically updates/checks the security programs, installs systems in areas controlled from the outside, and monitors and blocks threats technically/physically.

5. Encryption of personal information
The password for user's personal information is encrypted, stored, and managed, so only the information subject can know about the information, and separate security features are implemented for important data filing and sending using encryption or file lock function.

6. Storage of access records and prevention of forgery
We keep and manage the access records to the personal information processing system for at least 6 months, and use security functions to prevent forgery, theft, and loss of access records.

7. Restrict access to personal information
We take necessary measures to control access to personal information through granting, modifying, and removing access to the database system that processes personal information, and controlling unauthorized access from the outside using the intrusion prevention system.

8. Using locks for document security
Documents containing personal information, auxiliary storage media, etc., are stored in a safe place with locks.

9. Access control for unauthorized personnel
We set up a separate physical storage area for personal information storage and established/operated access procedures.
